To reschedule cancelled appointments due to the COVID closure please call or text (781) 326-7111

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and support during this time. We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our clients very seriously.

As we begin to welcome our clients back, we're asking for your assistance in the following ways:

  • Please wear your personal face mask into your appointment and for the duration of your visit.
  • In compliance with Social Distancing, we ask that all clients come ALONE to their appointment, as we have limited space in our waiting room.
  • We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment. Not earlier/not later. We are leaving a 15 minute window between each client to minimize contact with other clients. This will also give us time to properly disinfect and sterilize all areas before you arrive.
  • Since we are a close-contact business we will be requiring all clients to have their temperature taken at check-in, as well as a basic COVID questionnaire to be completed.

In addition, a few precautionary steps we will be taking to protect ourselves and our clients include; having our windows partially open for cross ventilation, and fans in each room to keep fresh air constantly flowing.

As our current clients already know, we strictly follow all Universal Precautions and Sterilization Standards set by the CDC and OSHA. These include hand washing before and after each client, wearing disposable nitrile gloves and a disposable mask during each treatment. All instruments are either disposable or those that are not, are used on one client only then dry heat sterilized. All surfaces are disinfected thoroughly between each client.

We're very excited to get back to performing our best work ever! This is Westwood Laser and Electrolysis Center's 23rd year serving this wonderful community. I want to personally thank you all for your continuous trust and patronage.

Warmest Regards,
Cassandra
